Late Policy

In order to provide each client with a quality experience, it is asked that you arrive to your appointment at your scheduled time. Please note, there is a 15 minute grace period. If arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled. If arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without communication, it is considered a “No-Show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour minimum notice to Cancel or Reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify and/or No-Shows will result in a $20 Cancellation Fee.
